Pickup & Delivery Policy
At Core Cabinets, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. We want every customer to have a positive experience and receive products that meet their expectations. The information below outlines our current pickup procedures, lead times, and important information regarding product inspection, transportation, and normal manufacturing variations.
Order Processing
All orders are manufactured or prepared specifically for each customer. Typical lead times range from 3 to 4 weeks depending on order size, product selection, material availability, and current production schedules.
Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to supplier issues, material shortages, backorders, equipment maintenance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Order Pickup
At this time, Core Cabinets primarily offers local pickup from our facility.
Customers must present their order confirmation email or proof of purchase when picking up their order.
Please ensure your vehicle, trailer, and any tie-down equipment are suitable for safely transporting the products being picked up. Cabinets, panels, and related products should be properly secured and protected during transportation.
Core Cabinets reserves the right to refuse loading if transportation arrangements appear unsafe or are likely to result in product damage.
Product Inspection at Pickup
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order at the time of pickup.
If visible damage, manufacturing defects, missing parts, or order discrepancies are identified before leaving our facility, please notify us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to repair, replace, or correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Resolution timelines may vary depending on material availability, production schedules, supplier lead times, and the nature of the issue.
Customer Responsibility After Pickup
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order before leaving our facility.
Once products have been loaded and have left our facility, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Core Cabinets is not responsible for damage caused during transportation, unloading, storage, installation, misuse, improper handling, or conditions outside of our control after pickup.
Third-Party Shipping Arrangements
Customers may arrange their own shipping or freight carrier if desired.
When a customer-designated carrier picks up an order, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer and/or carrier at the time of pickup.
Core Cabinets is not responsible for damage, delays, loss, freight claims, storage fees, or other issues involving customer-arranged transportation services.
Product Appearance & Manufacturing Variations
Core Cabinets strives to deliver high-quality products that meet our manufacturing standards. Due to the nature of laminate materials, decorative surfaces, manufacturing processes, and supplier materials, certain variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Variations in woodgrain, stone, or decorative patterns.
- Differences in grain placement from one component to another.
- Grain patterns that do not align or match between doors, drawers, panels, fillers, end panels, and cabinet components.
- Slight variations in color, texture, sheen, finish, or appearance between components, production runs, suppliers, or material batches.
- Natural pattern repeats commonly found in laminate and decorative surface products.
- Minor dimensional variations that fall within accepted manufacturing tolerances.
- Characteristics that are not readily visible under normal lighting and viewing conditions.
Laminate sheets and decorative surfaces are manufactured with repeating patterns and are cut to optimize material usage and production efficiency. Unless specifically stated in writing, grain matching, pattern matching, sequence matching, book matching, or continuous grain alignment between cabinet components is not guaranteed.
Product photographs, renderings, digital color swatches, printed marketing materials, and website images are intended for reference only. Actual colors, textures, sheen levels, grain patterns, and material appearance may vary from what is displayed on screens or in printed materials.
The variations described above are considered normal product characteristics and are not grounds for return, replacement, cancellation, refund, or warranty claim.
Delays & Backorders
While we strive to meet all estimated completion dates, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier issues, material shortages, backorders, weather conditions, freight disruptions, labor shortages, or other circumstances outside our control.
Core Cabinets will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays as they become known.
Future Delivery Services
Core Cabinets is currently developing delivery and freight shipping options. Additional delivery services may become available in the future and will be subject to separate delivery terms and conditions.
Installation Considerations
Cabinets are manufactured to industry-standard tolerances. Minor adjustments, shimming, leveling, scribing, filler modifications, and alignment adjustments during installation are considered a normal part of the installation process and are not considered product defects.
Walls, floors, ceilings, and existing structures are rarely perfectly level, plumb, square, or straight. Variations in installation conditions may require adjustments by the installer to achieve the desired fit and appearance.
Core Cabinets is not responsible for installation-related issues resulting from site conditions, measurement errors, improper installation, structural irregularities, or modifications made after product pickup.
