RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Core Cabinets LLC, we strive to provide accurate product information, clear communication, and quality products. Because most products are manufactured, assembled, configured, or ordered specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are limited.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

RETURNS

As a general policy, Core Cabinets does not accept returns of products that were correctly manufactured, supplied, or ordered.

Returns may be considered only in cases involving:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping or pickup damage identified and reported promptly
  • Incorrect products supplied by Core Cabinets
  • Other circumstances approved by Core Cabinets at its sole discretion

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of product pickup, delivery, or receipt.

A Return Authorization must be obtained from Core Cabinets before any product is returned. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-built products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Special-order products
  • Products manufactured to customer specifications
  • Products for which materials have been ordered or production has begun
  • Installed products
  • Products altered, modified, assembled, painted, cut, drilled, or otherwise changed after pickup or delivery
  • Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, transportation, storage, installation, misuse, or customer negligence

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be eligible for cancellation prior to material ordering or production.

Once materials have been ordered, production has begun, or products have been manufactured specifically for a customer, the order may not be cancelled and amounts paid may not be refundable.

Core Cabinets reserves the right to determine whether an order is eligible for cancellation.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers should inspect products at pickup or upon delivery.

If products are received damaged, defective, missing components, or incorrect, customers should notify Core Cabinets as soon as reasonably possible.

Core Cabinets will make reasonable efforts to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve verified issues. Resolution timelines may vary based on product availability, supplier lead times, production schedules, and the nature of the issue.

In the event replacement materials, colors, finishes, components, or products are no longer available from suppliers or manufacturers, Core Cabinets reserves the right to provide the closest reasonable substitute available. While every effort will be made to match the original product, exact matches may not be possible due to discontinued materials, manufacturer changes, product updates, or supplier availability.

Damage occurring after pickup, including transportation, unloading, storage, handling, or installation damage, is the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by Core Cabinets.

Any approved refund may be reduced by applicable processing fees, non-recoverable material costs, restocking charges, administrative expenses, or other costs incurred as a result of the order.

Core Cabinets reserves the right to assess reasonable restocking fees when a return is approved.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider requirements and financial institution processing times.
